How many of you have made a vision board this year? Did you make one last year? If so, how was your experience? What was your outcome? Did you stick to it and accomplish some things you wanted to accomplish? If not, what happened? What were your obstacles? What made you stop? Did your vision change?
Having a vision is a gift and not many people are blessed to recieve them. Visions are powerful and elusive. They come and go as they please and you have to train yourself to be able to handle what it is that might come with them. Because visions can carry a whole world!
Visions are pieces of a masterpiece. They are glimpses of what could be if given the opportunities. As powerful as visions are we are capable of harnessing that power, making us more powerful when used correctly. Visions show you your desires and give sparks of feeling to your soul. They send hints to your mind and signals to your body. Visions are the core essence of manifesting.

As holistic spiritual women, you understand the power of visualization. You understand the power visualization holds in your personal life and as a collective. It’s time to harness this power and weave your dreams into existence.
In our fast-paced, mentally taxing world, creating a vision board serves as a sanctuary for your mind and soul. A vision board holds space and provides protection for your dreams to be your dreams. And becomes a light house to guide actions. By externalizing your dreams onto paper, you release the burden from your mind and allow them to flourish in the physical realm. There is so much more space out here.
This powerful tool is a reminder, a guide, a nudge to be who you are supposed to be, who you want to be. Remember, everything you dare to dream is within your grasp; you simply need to breathe life into it by putting it into the universe’s hands. And the universe needs to know what it is you desire in order for it to work out in anyway that it can.

Let’s let go of old expectations and unfulfilled wishes. Let’s sink into the Now. And embrace what we have availbe to us today. Who are you right now? And what are you capable of? Set aside this time for a brief meditation, right now. Just two minutes of deep breathing and muscle release. Inhale and exhale. Let go of any tension you are holding in your muscles and then continue reading.
Step 1: Plan & Envision
Take a moment to connect with your innermost desires across six areas of focus. Some categories may be: Personal Growth, Finance, Career, Health, Relationships, Hobbies, Lifestyle, etc. Delve into the depths of your heart and ask yourself, “What sparks joy within me?” Whether it’s personal growth, career aspirations, or nurturing relationships, trust your intuition to guide you. Decide if you prefer to craft your vision board digitally or by hand, honoring your unique creative process. Use apps like Canva, Pinterest, or Dream It Alive to craft your vision and use arts and crafts, magazines, poster boards, and other fun accessories to spice up your vision.
Step 2: Infuse with Magic
As you curate your vision board, infuse it with the magic of manifestation. Select images that resonate deeply with your soul, igniting the flames of inspiration within you. Choose pictures that tell a piece of the story. Let each word and phrase be a sacred incantation, weaving a tapestry of abundance and fulfillment. Bring the joy and feeling to life as you picture what that fulfillment will be. Choose the images that spark that joy. Remember, this is your journey—keep it personal, positive, and true to your authentic self. This magic is for you! You are in this for you. You are creating this life for YOU!
Step 3: Dance with Possibility
Embrace the joy of exploration as you revisit past dreams and uncover hidden treasures within your soul. Don’t be scared of your dreams. Let them be a reminded of the good that used to be and the good that will. Scroll through the depths of your Pinterest boards, allowing serendipity to guide your hand. Release the pressure of perfection and surrender to the creative flow. If the spark ignites, let the fire GROW! Don’t be the one to stop you. Don’t you dare be the one to say no! Dance with the possibility that you have the power to gain and receive every “YES.” Let your imagination run wild, for within its depths lie the seeds of your deepest desires. Say “YES” to your dreams, believe in your dreams, and be embracing by the open arms of possibility.
Step 4: Nurture & Believe
As you bring your vision board to life, tend to it with love and devotion. Put real time and effort into this dream, into this vision. Let it be a daily reminder of your innate power and potential. Speak your truth into existence, affirming your dreams with unwavering faith. Remember, your vision board is a living, breathing entity—it evolves as you do. Embrace change with open arms, knowing that you hold the key to your destiny. Cleanse your space often and track your pace. But again, remember this is not a race.
