The negative energy of any and everything. The inbalance of wellness harbors growth of unhappiness, discomfort, and lies. Regaining balance requires facing the truths you ran from, changing your comforts all together, and working towards your own happiness with maximum effort. It will require a lot. 

The opportunities and options available, and decisions you make are monumental in finding your way through this life. In finding this balance. It won’t happen overnight and you won’t always get it right. But with trials and errors comes knowledge and know-how. The balance within you will grow stronger with the foundation you will create. With that said, finding a holistic approach to wellness is key. Encompassing all the things. And for most people fitness is the first thought when wellness comes to mind. And even though that’s a piece of it, there is so much more to it and I want to show you.

Fitness can be a transformative journey. Not just because of the physical changes, but for the impact it will have on your soul. You alone have the only story that you can tell. What will your story be? Will your wellness fade like a fad after summer? Or will you nurture your wellness like an evergreen? A place where you are empowered to do different and be consistent. To hold a space for curiosity and adventure and to find new ways of being.

At Luna Soleil Wellness (LSW), we believe in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Our philosophy is rooted in the understanding that true wellness encompasses more than just physical exercise—it’s about nurturing every aspect of your being. From meditation and mindfulness practices to nourishing your body with wholesome foods, we’re here to support you on your holistic fitness journey. I want to be a resource, a guide, a tutor. I want to shine a light, to bring awareness to the unknown levels of body wellness. My dream is to see more body positive appreciation. Your muscles, bones, and organs are living things that need nourishment and in most people can only cry for help.

I want to change that! I am going to change that. By providing a place of knowledge, wisdom, and experience graciously put together in various formats. I welcome you to explore and stay awhile. Watch the growth of this evergreen. I want you to see how everything aligns by fixing your body and mind. And I want you to grow with me.

But why focus on muscle wellness? Muscles are not just tools for movement; they are reservoirs of energy and strength. As a licensed massage therapist, I found it intriguing to see and feel the energy flow in our own bodies. To learn how to move and guide the energy within oneself and others. When we prioritize muscle wellness, we unlock the potential for profound transformation in our lives and the ability to influence others we love. Strong muscles support better posture, enhance flexibility, and improve overall physical performance. But beyond the physical benefits, cultivating strong and resilient muscles can also foster mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual alignment. When they SEE the change, when you FEEL the change, it ALL will change.

As advocates for mindful fitness, Luna Soleil Wellness offers in-depth critiques of various fitness programs, fitness influencers, and feedback on experiences in trying various activities and movements. We understand that not all exercise routines are created equal, and what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. No two bodies are the same. And I want to provide a place where I can provide an answer to most, if not all. Our team of experienced experts carefully assess each program, considering factors such as effectiveness, safety, and alignment with holistic principles. We look to introduce you to programs that align with your own unique needs. Whether you’re drawn to yoga, Pilates, strength training, or dance, we’re here to help you find a program that resonates with your unique goals and vision. All while gaining knowledge of what type of movements you need to do for you to gain progress.

Bring in peace and enjoyment to your thoughts. What you will gain by staying consistent and the smile on your face when you achieve it. Because this, THIS is for YOU!
